Product Leader — Agentic CX & AI
My career has taken me from data and research to customer platforms, conversations, and now agentic AI. Across each layer, I've been driven by the same question: how do we turn information into meaningful action?

About
I build intelligent platforms that help organisations scale customer engagement using AI, automation, and data. My focus is the layer that sits between raw customer data and the moment a business actually acts on it—spanning conversational AI, copilots, and emerging agentic workflows that can plan, make decisions, and take action with increasing autonomy.
Today, I lead product strategy and roadmap execution across Unifonic's Conversation AI Suite, including AI Studio, customer-facing chatbots, CCaaS copilots, and next-generation agentic capabilities. Before this, I shipped digital health, social commerce, loyalty, and salesforce-automation products across Saudi Arabia, the U.S., and Nigeria.
My approach to product leadership is shaped just as much by building in emerging markets where technology has to earn its place, where products must create undeniable value, solve real constraints, and give users a reason to return.

What I build
Every product I've shipped sits somewhere on this stack — from the data underneath to the agent acting on top of it.
Customer data platforms, analytics, loyalty, and rewards systems that turn raw behaviour into useful information and action.
Platforms that bring customer interactions, communication, and service into one connected experience.
Chatbots, copilots, and emerging agentic systems that help people and businesses understand, decide, and act.
AI systems that analyse signals, identify patterns, and help organisations detect risk or make better decisions.
The Journey
Different roles, one throughline: understanding what's happening beneath the surface and building the system that acts on it. The stack you see was built one role at a time.
The Foundation
Data → Insight → Product
I started in data and analytics before growing into a Product Manager. Working across digital health, public-sector data, and B2B and B2C products taught me that good products begin with understanding what is happening beneath the surface. I worked on dashboards, health data, product roadmaps, and growth initiatives — eventually leading a cross-functional team to build and launch a B2B product.
Before a system can create value, it needs to understand what is happening.
The Problem Layer
Research → Validation → Product thinking
I learned to start with the problem, not the solution. Through primary and secondary research, I helped validate the business case for an education platform designed around different learning styles.
Before you build the product, you need to understand why it should exist.
The Operational Layer
Data → Decisions → Better operations
I worked on a salesforce-automation platform used by 2,000+ people, helping improve how the system supported field teams on the ground.
2,000+ active users+10% customer satisfaction · +15% location accuracy
The Customer-Value Layer
Data → Loyalty → Commercial outcomes
I managed data-driven loyalty and rewards products, helping turn customer behaviour into measurable commercial value.
$488K+ revenuefrom one loyalty integration · ~$15M product portfolio
The Conversation Layer
Commerce → Conversation → Customer engagement
I led product work for a social and conversational commerce platform, helping merchants turn conversations and social presence into ordering, marketing, and customer engagement.
I started thinking less about individual features and more about the customer interaction itself as the product.
The Intelligence Layer
Conversation → Intelligence → Action
Today, I work across a Conversation AI suite — from AI Studio and customer-facing chatbots to copilots and emerging agentic systems.
33% CSAT lift+10% MoM profitability · +10% automation revenue · enterprise deals worth $100K+ per client
AI systems that don't just respond to people, but understand context, make decisions, and help move work forward.
